I provide HR services for small businesses, and early to mid-stage growing organizations that, due to budget constraints, need to outsource HR functions. Small and early-stage organizations do not have the headcount or budget to justify hiring in-house FTE’s for Human Resources Management--as a consultant I can meet your needs in a cost-effective manner. Background Information
Joan Provencher is a Human Resource professional with over 20 years experience in
healthcare, medical products manufacturing, government and not-for-profit organizations, including 10 years at a Senior Management level. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) offering expert design of total compensation plans, including expertise in benefits plan design and ERISA. Joan holds a BS in Sociology from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University.
