Joan Provencher is a Human Resource professional with 23 years experience working for several mid-sized businesses in healthcare, medical products manufacturing, government and the not-for-profit sector, including 10 years at a Senior Management level. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) offering expert design of total compensation plans, including expertise in benefits plan design and ERISA. Joan holds a BS in Sociology from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University. She started her own business in 2008.
