Introduction

Cash flow is crucial to the survival of your business. The consumer is in complete control of the cash in portion. Brain Power Cubed recognizes that the most important people in your org chart are the consumers.

Consumer spending creates employee paychecks which creates consumer spending which creates employee paychecks. Business is the middleman between consumer spending and employee paychecks.

Every person in your org chart is an employee and a consumer. Of those you need the consumer first. You need consumers that spend their money in ways that allow you to have employees. Businesses do not create jobs, consumers do.

The spending choices consumers make determine whether they as employees will receive a paycheck. Their spending choices determine whether you will have employees. The people in your org chart that spend their money as consumers will determine whether they will be employees.

Consumers need to understand the relationship between the income and spend sides of their wallets. The spend side can destroy the income side and without an income side there won't be a spend side. Your business provides their income side only if their spend side goes to your business. Brain Power Cubed can help you educate the consumers in your org chart to spend to insure you will have employees in your org chart.

Services

Brain Power Cubed works with small to mid-size companies to help them achieve their profit potential. We do this by providing services such as:

  1. Strategic counsel to corporate Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Chief Operating Officers (COOs.)
  2. White papers that provide insight into changing business philosophies to better address current and long-term national and global economic issues.
  3. Speaking engagements to business, civic and social organizations to provide insight into new ways of doing business in America.
  4. Workshops with CEO, Senior Managers and employees to cultivate a better understanding of the interrelationships of their roles as employees, employers, consumers and owners of government and the impact these roles have on the company's financial statements and the employees' paycheck.

Background Information

Over the past two years I've been developing Brain Power Cubed because this year I'm retiring from 36 years in Information Technology, the last 22 as a business owner. My clients have included businesses and organizations in government, banking, manufacturing, health care, advertising and management consulting in the south central and midwest United States.

Those years have shown me that for all our efforts to get the most out of the people in our businesses we still fail to fully develop their potential because we only see them as employees. That only recognizes one-third of their impact on our cash flow. The two-thirds of their impact we fail to develop are as consumers and owners of government.

I created Brain Power Cubed to show businesses that our profitability is lagging because our people don't know the impact they have on their own paychecks as consumers and owners of government. The current economic situation makes this even more urgent because it's now about survival; survival of business, survival of paychecks, survival of wallets.

America has the human resources to fix this economic problem and keep it fixed: 6,000,000 employers, 150,000,000 employees, 210,000,000 consumers and 200,000,000 owners of government. These people have the ability to fix this, they have the desire to fix this, all they lack is the knowledge of how they can fix this.

I created Brain Power Cubed because I want an economy that can support my retirement. For that to happen I need an economy that can support tens of millions of retirements. I am going to teach businesses how to teach their employees to also be consumers and owners of government in ways that put this economy back at full strength and keep it there.
