Nancy Resnick has over 20 years of marketing, customer research, and branding experience. Much of her career was with an international financial services company where she created the direct response marketing department, established the marketing information function, and led the qualitative research division. Nancy’s familiarity with the true value of marketing led her to become passionate about the power of customer information to drive company success. Nancy is now co-owner of Brand Insights, a brand-centered consulting agency, focused on helping organizations “activate” and unleash the full essence of their brand to improve market success.

Nancy has an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MS from the University of Maryland. She has spoken to many audiences about marketing and branding.
