Background Information
Principle, Kate Schieldt, has more than 15 years of senior human resource management experience. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management.
Prior to establishing HR Partner LLC, Kate had been the top human resource executive for a large firm and managed the areas of human resources, compensation and benefits, recruitment, safety, occupational health and worker’s compensation. Her experience also includes implementing and managing a self-insured health plan and a self-insured and administered worker’s compensation program. Kate can bring her experience of "being in the trenches" to your company.
