2026 Board of Directors
President (Term Ends Dec 2026) – Mike Schuster
Most business owners spend countless hours marketing their business only to feel deflated when they barely get any results. Through 1:1 consulting and coaching services, Mike works side by side with them to fix their marketing so they can grow their business, serve more people and have fun while doing it.
Mike founded FiddleSmart Marketing because too many small businesses quit over frustrations related to the business part of being in business. With nearly 30 years of experience in marketing and business management, he’s out to level the playing field for family-owned businesses unable to hire a full-time marketing team. And help them overcome those frustrations.
He developed his customer-focused, data-driven approach to marketing and business from experiences working at Disney (while earning his Ducktorate Degree), The Franklin Mint, and one of the sewing industry’s most iconic retailers, Nancy’s Notions. He also has a MBA in marketing from Villanova University and a degree in public relations from Western Michigan University.
Mike enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping and playing around with photography. From, time to time, he also spends time on stage acting in community theatre productions. An avid swimmer and devoted dad, he lives in Sun Prairie with his wife, three kids and their dog.
Vice-President (Term Ends Dec 2026) – Brittany Coleman
Brittany is a Talent Partner at Tree-HR. The company firmly believes that through innovative talent programs HR can champion inclusion and empowerment, fostering environments where every employee can thrive while driving organizational success. They also understand that behind every successful HR strategy are dedicated professionals navigating complex landscapes. That is why they are committed to supporting HR professionals, empowering them to grow and evolve as indispensable partners to both companies and employees.
Gone are the days of HR being viewed as the ‘rule enforcers’. At Tree HR, they redefine the narrative. They are dedicated to equipping HR professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to optimize talent programs, drive strategic initiatives, and cultivate workplaces where everyone can reach their full potential.
Treasurer (Term Ends Dec 2027) – Phil Ouellette
Phil works with leadership teams to implement EOS® in their business. Based on the book "Traction," EOS is a system of simple, real world practical tools based on timeless concepts that organizes all the human energy in a company.
Following the EOS Proven Process™, Phil helps ensure the leadership team gains mastery of the EOS tools and disciplines and migrates those throughout their entire organization until everyone is aligned with where the company is going and how it plans to get there.
He brings decades of cross-functional experience covering multiple industries in finance, operations, business development and years consulting and mentoring many entrepreneurial companies.
Phil’s passion is helping other leaders realize their vision by implementing EOS and creating a roadmap for long-term success.
Secretary (Term Ends Dec 2027) – Wendy Herrmann
Wendy is a dynamic presenter and organizational consultant. She has spent most of her career in higher education and training, recently transitioning to organizational consulting and facilitation. As a self-awareness advocate, Wendy focuses on personal growth as the key to development in all areas of life. She is passionate about helping others develop and practice these skills, resulting in increased productivity and more meaningful relationships.
Wendy is a credentialed personal coach, certified facilitator, and founder of Green Table Consulting & Coaching. Her educational background includes communication, political science and policy, literature, student counseling, and educational leadership. Her areas of facilitation include leadership development, communication, conflict management, positive intelligence, and personal growth.
Wendy lives in Wisconsin with her farmer husband, Jon, and chocolate lab, Penny. She enjoys reading, podcasts, Dave Matthews Band, camping, outdoor walks, and puzzles of all types.
2026 MABC Team Leaders
MABC Team Leader positions are not official Board Positions but are part of the new organizational structure adopted in 2019. Team Leaders work with general membership to generate and implement ideas using the “one job, one time” motto to engage more of the membership in actively supporting and volunteering for the organization in areas of interest.
Marketing Team Leader – Bill Dunnington
Bill Dunnington is a solopreneur business consultant and coach, with a broad base of experience in strategy, technology and organization change. Bill helps business leaders lead and grow a purposeful business, make a fortune, live a life, and build a people-first legacy they're proud of – while bringing who they are to what they do. Bill’s focus these days: people-first hearts, AI smarts, future fit culture.
Bill is the child of the human potential movement, and a several - decades find-better-ways practitioner - internally in several Fortune 100 firms, as a VP in an INC 500 consultancy, and as an Associate Partner / Principal in Big 4 consultancies. A former senior Baldrige examiner, now a recovered Big 4 exec, working with leaders in private, small-mid B2B businesses with professional, technical, or scientific workforces – a smart, expensive, crowd.
Programming Team Leader – Heather Dean
Heather is a M.Ed. National Board Professional Teacher. She is an educational consultant that mentors all types of teachers and leaders. We work together to improve their curriculum design, delivery, and desired outcomes for their students or clients. Heather focus on an approach that supports the creative thinking process. Her clients go through a series of curriculum workshops to design high-quality learning experiences and to assess understanding in real time. Each series is differentiated to meet the specific needs of the leader or educator. Clients receive mentoring which includes curriculum and material design support, model/guest teaching, and implementation support. Heather has delivered professional workshops around the country and has taught in-person for over twenty years in Chicago, Tampa, and Madison. She has served on multiple professional Boards to create and facilitate new systems, inspire grassroots participation, and solidify long-term change for success. She currently provides consulting services and workshops in a virtual and in-person formats.
Web Team Leader – Matthew Ziemke
Matthew is the founder of Strategic Sales Consulting. He helps small to mid-sized business achieve profitable and sustainable revenue growth. As an executive with over 25+ years of experience in leading highly successful sales teams, he has executed the vision and strategies that built industry leading financial and insurance organizations. He can help your team reach new heights utilizing the proven principles of the Sales Xceleration platform. Matthew partners with your company as an Outsourced VP of Sales to assist sales teams reach exceptional levels of performance, profit and increase revenue while building winning strategies to help you reach business objectives.
Membership Team Leader – Jenny Revels
Jennifer is the owner of Revels Consulting LLC, a consulting business offering leadership coaching, talent strategies and employee retention solutions to businesses. Jennifer also offers empowerment/growth guidance to solopreneurs, employee teams and individuals introducing them to tools, practices & resources. Jenny has a BBA/Human Resources Management from UW-Whitewater and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, along with over 30 years of experience advising and coaching others. As a workplace consultant with an HR background, she assists business owners, other HR departments and management teams with various projects or solutions especially as it relates to enhancing well being, work/life/balance, communication and relationships. She started a community of heart centered entrepreneurs and leaders and has served on many boards, such as Community Foundation of Southern WI, Blackhawk HR Association, YWCA of Rock County, Rock County Young Professionals, and Wisconsin SHRM.
