2025 SUMMER MINI-SERIES
MABC Consultant Toolbox -
A Cohort Discussion Group on Establishing Boundaries in Business

Join us for a special SUMMER MINI-SERIES!
This summer, we'll be hosting a three-part mini-series intended to be a Book Club discussion cohort.
Each month we will review a resource (a short article, podcast, etc.) and discuss our thoughts, tips, tricks and takeaways to support each other in our businesses.
These three summer sessions will be held virtually via Zoom and will focus on Establishing Boundaries in our Business Habits.
SESSION DATES:
Monday, June 23, 3-4pm (via Zoom)
Monday, July 14, 3-4pm (via Zoom)
Monday, August 11, 3-4pm (via Zoom)
Here's the article we'll be discussing at the August 11 session:
Scope Creep: Definition, Examples & How To Prevent It
As consultants, we have all heard and probably experienced scope creep. Scope Creep isn’t a person. It’s a professional problem. It certainly involves setting and maintaining boundaries, and from my experience, it also weighs heavily on the ability to teach and learn.
As you read this resource, keep consultants are educators top of mind. The client hires you because they do not have the skills, knowledge, or years of experience to expertly operate in a specific field. Scope creep can be reduced when we lean into our role as educator. Excited to facilitate and discuss more with all of you on August 11th from 3-4pm!
These sessions are open to MABC members only, and registration is required for each session.
Register for the AUGUST 11 session today!
